Copy General : Customer Service Center : Send A File

This utility makes it easy for you to send a job to Copy General for processing. Please be sure to compress Mac files with Stuffit (including DropStuff) to preserve the file integrity. Compressing PC files is also good practice and keeps individual files together for faster processing at our end.

As an option to compressing your individual files into a single file, you can add up to 10 individual PC or "stuffed" Mac files per "Send A File" session. Just use the individual "Browse" buttons to select each file on your computer. Files sent this way arrive at our end as a single file, which helps us process your job faster.

Please use WinZip (PC) or Stuffit (Mac) to compress the file before you send it. This is essential with Mac files prior to OSX and good practice for all files. Click on the "Browse" button(s) below to select a file on your computer. After you've selected the file(s), click the "Send File" button to transfer your file(s) to us. If you have a high bandwidth connection, you do not need to compress PC files and up to 10 PC (or Mac) files can be sent in a single "Send A File" session. Remember, Mac files need to be stuffed to maintain their integrity through the Send A File process.
